Beyond the sticker price tag of a home comes lots of other fees and expenses. You’ll need to factor these fees in when considering your overall budget.
Fees to take into serious consideration: closing costs, down payments, taxes, insurance and even HOA. The last thing you want to do is put yourself in a position where your boot strapped on a monthly budget.

A home purchase is often times an individuals largest investment, understand what it is you are purchasing. Every submarket is different, know where your property stands the mix of things. The Largest house in the neighborhood typically sells for less per square foot while the smallest house in the neighborhood deems the highest price per square foot in most locations. Be conscious of the comparable properties around you… What they are selling for, the average condition and year built. Purchasing a home right will insulate your investment in a market downturn.
